Welcome to PromptKey ("the App", "we", "us", "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Description of Service

PromptKey provides:

• AI-powered video prompt templates
• Prompt optimization and enhancement tools
• A feature that generates suggested prompts based on publicly accessible metadata of user-provided video links

Important:

The App does not download, copy, store, or reproduce videos, nor does it generate videos.

All output is text-only and intended for use in external AI tools.

2. User Content & AI-Generated Output

2.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide ("User Content").

Where legally permitted, you also own the AI-generated text produced from your input.

2.2 License to PromptKey

By using the App, you grant PromptKey a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to process your User Content strictly for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

We do not sell or share User Content with third parties.

2.3 Responsibility for Input Content

You represent that:

• You have the rights to submit the video links or materials you provide
• You will not upload or submit copyrighted, private, or illegal content without permission
• You understand that AI-generated results may resemble, but are not derived from, original copyrighted works

2.4 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to create or request content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Intended to mislead, impersonate, or generate harmful misinformation

We may restrict access for users who violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are free; others require a Premium subscription.

• Billing is handled through your App Store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by your local laws

4. Intellectual Property

The App's design, software, branding, and all materials (excluding User Content) are owned by PromptKey and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. No Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs may include creative or descriptive content.

PromptKey does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and using the generated content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranty that:

• AI-generated prompts will be accurate, unique, legal, or suitable for your purposes
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptKey is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses related to AI-generated outputs
• Third-party actions or content accessed through video links

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App or on this page.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
